Worried about your bills?
We know that a lot of people may have been laid off or suffer from reduced income or otherwise have greater financial burdens than before COVID-19. We have decided to do the following.
- Beginning immediately, we are extending credit terms for all customers and will be stopping interest charges on all overdue accounts for the months of March and April. That means that we will not charge interest until at least May 25thon accounts over 30 days. Depending on how the COVID-19 situation develops we could extend this grace period.
- We have suspended cutting off any customers from oil delivery. Our customers will not have to worry about losing heat and hot water.
- We have suspended charging NSF fees on bounced cheques and pre-authorized payment rejections.
